​Shipping and Return Policy


Return Policy
Items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 14 days of the ship date received. We will not accept any returns after that time.

Returned items MUST NOT have been worn Or washed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached. Any items defective must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not, we will NOT issue a credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Exchanges
We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are high quality and in demand, if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.
However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.
* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.



Return Procedure
1. Please include a copy of your original invoice with item(s) being returned. Please Note without providing your original invoice this return order will not be processed.
2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Rawhide Western Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit
Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received. Please allow sufficient time for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form our a gift voucher to your email.
